Booking Arrangements:
Your booking arrangements are to be made by our Travel Agent in your Country or directly with CANUSA Tours and the person affecting the booking shall be deemed to have accepted the booking conditions.

Reservations, Deposit and final payment:
Reservations can be made by mail, email, phone or fax.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% per tour and person is required for us to reserve space for you and must be paid 14 days after receiving booking confirmation. Final payment is due the latest 60 days prior to commencement of services. CANUSA Tours reserves the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation charges (20% of trip) should payments not be received within the above-specified periods. In case of billing errors, we reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing. Prices are per person and are in Canadian dollars.

Cancellations and cancellation fees:
If cancellation is received by CANUSA Tours more than 60 days prior to commencement of services, your deposit will be retained. Notice of cancellation must be made directly to CANUSA Tours.

The following scale of charges will apply, when notice of cancellation is given after booking is confirmed:

In case we have to cancel any tour departure, the only responsibility of CANUSA Tours will be to refund to the customer the amount we have received for the tour reservation.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance.

Participation:
For the benefit of everyone on your vacation, CANUSA Tours reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant, and to remove from the tour any participant whose conduct is deemed incompatible with the interests of the other participants.

Travelers who need special assistance:
You must report any disability requiring special attention to CANUSA Tours at the time the reservation is made. CANUSA Tours will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels or other independent suppliers. Most transportation services, including our motorhomes, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour participant for walking, getting on and off motor coaches and other vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified and physically able companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed on transportation that is exclusively provided by CANUSA Tours. Sufficient smoke breaks will be made if necessary.

Price Guarantee:
All tour prices are per person, based on double occupancy. Once CANUSA Tours has received your deposit for any tour, that price is guaranteed, and any subsequent cost increases are at our expense.

Visas & Passports:
For tours requiring visas for European citizens, detailed visa information will be provided after arriving in Canada.
You are responsible for meeting all health and other requirements and any documents required by laws, regulations, orders and/or requirements of the countries to be visited.
All guests traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Canada requires that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip.

Not included in the tour price:
Visa fees, tips to your tour director, tour driver, local city guides; meals and gratuities on ferries; laundry; telephone; alcohol, and food not on the regular menu; optional excursions; travel protection; health insurance; all other items of personal nature.

Holidays:
During local or national holidays, certain facilities such as museums and restaurants, sightseeing tours and/or shopping may be limited or not available. Alternatives will be offered whenever possible.

Safety:
Please be aware that during your participation in tours operated by CANUSA Tours, certain risks and dangers may arise beyond our control including, but not limited to, the hazards of traveling on roads and highways; travel by boat, train, aircraft or other means of transportation; the forces of nature, accident or illness in remote regions without means of rapid evacuation or medical facilities. CANUSA Tours will not have liability regarding provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care that may be rendered. It is understood that CANUSA Tours will use its best efforts to ensure that adequate measures are taken.

Responsibility:
CANUSA Tours shall be responsible to the guest for supplying the services and accommodations as described for each individual tour.
Itinerary changes due to delays or other causes of whatever kind or nature beyond our control - CANUSA Tours will do the best to supply comparable services and/or accommodations and there shall be no refund in this connection.
In the absence of their own negligence, neither CANUSA Tours nor the tour guides shall be responsible for any acts of any other service providers. Nor shall it be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or property, or for injury, illness or death, or for any damages of claims whatsoever arising from loss or negligence.
All baggage and personal belongings are at all times the passenger’s own risk. Baggage Insurance is recommended. CANUSA Tours is not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties.
Where the passenger occupies a motor coach seat fitted with a safety belt, CANUSA Tours will not be liable for any injury, illness or death or any loss or damages or claims whatsoever arising from any accident or incident, if the safety belt is not being worn at the time of such accident or incident.

Other Conditions:
It is your responsibility to comply with the terms, conditions or requirements of any services provided, or any country or governmental authorities, or to bear any costs or losses incurred as a consequence of your not complying with them.

Additional optional tours:
With CANUSA Tours, you will enjoy many famous highlights as included features on your tour – at no extra cost. However, there is an exciting array of Additional Highlight Excursions, which we make available to enhance your enjoyment further.
These Excursions are optional, and are offered at special preferential prices. The can only be booked once you start your tour, as many of them are carefully programmed to coincide with the best highlights available at the time of your visit. You can book and pay for them though your CANUSA Tour Director, by cash or Travelers Cheques.
